Attending comfortably

Everyone is invited, and everyone deserves a comfortable night. Venues vary, so we share accessibility details — parking, step-free entry, seating, quiet areas, lighting and sound — and you can ask about specific accommodations before you buy. Tell us what you need and we'll do our best to help. Here's what to check. 21+.

Comfort and confidence go hand in hand, and knowing a venue works for you is part of arriving relaxed. Because our events are hosted at different clubs and hotels around Tampa Bay, the specifics change from night to night — so the best approach is to know what to look for and to ask us early. We'd always rather answer a question than have you skip a night you wanted to be at.

When you're considering an event, it's worth checking the practical things: parking and drop-off, step-free entry, how far the walk is, whether there's seating and a quieter area to step away from the crowd, the lighting and sound levels (including any strobe or haze), restroom access, and scent or smoke considerations. These are the details that decide whether a space feels easy for you.

For anything you need — mobility access, seating, a low-sensory spot, or a specific accommodation — please reach out before you buy. Tell us what would help and we'll share what we can about that venue and do our best to make it work, or steer you toward an event whose space fits better. Email us any time at tamparotic@gmail.com.

Accessibility applies online too. We build the site toward WCAG 2.2 AA — real text, keyboard navigation, visible focus, solid contrast, and full support for reduced motion — and we want to hear about anything that gets in your way. For the details and how to report a barrier, see our Accessibility Statement.

People also ask

How do we find out if a venue is accessible?

Because events are held at different clubs and hotels, access varies by venue — so the reliable move is to ask before you buy. Tell us what you need and we'll get you the specifics for that event's space. At TampArotic, reach out at tamparotic@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Can we request accommodations?

Yes — please ask, ideally ahead of time. Whether it's step-free access, seating, a quieter spot, or something else, letting us know early gives us the best chance to arrange it or point you to the right event. We'd always rather you ask than miss a night you wanted to attend.

Is the website itself accessible?

We build toward WCAG 2.2 AA — real text, keyboard support, visible focus, adequate contrast, and reduced-motion support. If you hit a barrier on the site, tell us and we'll fix it. See our full Accessibility Statement for details and how to report an issue.
