01Using our site & events
TampArotic is a Tampa Bay adult lifestyle events organizer. By using this site, applying to be vetted, or attending an event, you agree to these terms and to our Code of Conduct, Privacy, Photo Policy, and Refunds & Transferspolicies. If any of it isn't clear, ask us before you proceed.
02 Eligibility
- You must be 21 or older. Age is verified, and ID is required at the door.
- You agree to provide honest information during vetting and at check-in.
- Our events and content are for adults and are not appropriate for anyone under 21.
03Vetting & approval
Attendance requires approval through our vetting process. Approval is at our discretion, isn't guaranteed, and can be declined or withdrawn to protect the safety, comfort, and discretion of our guests. Vetting keeps the community safe — see how vetting works for the steps.
04Tickets & entry
- Tickets are for vetted guests and the tier you bought, and may be subject to per-event eligibility rules.
- Refunds, transfers, and changes follow each event's terms — see Refunds & Transfers.
- We may decline entry or ask someone to leave for conduct reasons, false information, or safety — see the Code of Conduct.
- Exact venue and hotel details are shared with confirmed guests only.
05 Conduct
Attending means agreeing to our consent-first, discretion-always Code of Conduct. Violating it — including non-consensual behavior, harassment, unauthorized photography, or breaching another guest's privacy — can end your night and your access, and consequences aren't limited to those listed.
06Travel & partners
Lifestyle travel, such as the FantaSea Connections Cruise, is booked through our travel partner, Desire Vacations, and their terms and pricing apply to those bookings. Sponsors and partners are independent businesses; their sites and offers are governed by their own terms.
07 Changes
We may update events, this site, and these terms as we grow. Details on this page are provided in good faith and may change; the current version governs. This summary is for clarity and is not a substitute for the finalized terms confirmed before launch.
