Refunds & Transfers

Plans change — we get it. Each event carries its own refund and transfer terms, shown before you buy and attached to your order. Where allowed, tickets can move to another vetted guest, and if an event changes we'll tell you. Not sure? Just ask us. All events are 21+.

01 The basics

Because our events range from club nights to hotel takeovers, refund and transfer terms vary from one to the next. The specific policy for an event is shown before you buy and travels with your order, so you always know what applies. Some nights also let you reserve now and settle on arrival — your event details spell out exactly how payment and any deposit work.

02 Cancelling or changing plans

If you can't make it, reach out as early as you can — the sooner we know, the more options we have, including releasing your spot to someone on a waitlist. Where an event's terms allow, we can look at a refund, moving you to event credit, or another arrangement. The event's own policy governs what's possible, and we'll always be straight with you about it.

03 Transferring a ticket

  • Where an event allows transfers, a ticket can move to another guest.
  • The person receiving it must be a vetted, eligible guest for that event and ticket tier — the vetting step protects everyone, so it can't be skipped by transfer.
  • Reach out and we'll help arrange it. Don't just hand off a code — an unvetted guest can be turned away at the door.

04 If we change or cancel an event

Occasionally a date, venue, or event has to change. If that happens, we'll notify you through your account and email, your ticket details will update, and we'll make it right per that event's terms — typically a transfer to the new date, event credit, or a refund. You won't be left guessing.

05 How to ask

Need a refund, a transfer, or just some help? Email tamparotic@gmail.comwith your name and the event, and we'll sort it out. If a charge ever looks wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute, and discreetly.
