If “vetting” sounds daunting, think of it as a private introduction. One application keeps your membership and event plans together. Approved and conditionally approved guests can buy straight away; other applications wait for a host’s decision. You can ask us about anything you’re unsure of.

- STEP 02Confirm the essentialsTampArotic events are for adults 21 and older. Confirm your age and agreement to the house rules in the application, and bring a valid physical photo ID for the door check. An application checkbox does not replace showing your ID.
- STEP 03Host review before the eventOur hosts review your hello and may ask for more information or a conversation. Conditional clearance lets you buy now. If your application needs a host's decision, payment waits until approval. You're welcome to ask questions about the process too.
- STEP 04Watch for the team's replyYou can complete your ticket purchase after approval or conditional clearance. Watch for the team's reply and follow any next steps before the event. Check your chosen night's availability and entry requirements.
- STEP 05Plan your nightCheck your event page and confirmation for arrival details. Priced tickets must be paid in advance. If you'd like help settling in, ask the team about a host welcome.
Coming with a member's guest pass? Include their reference in your application. A vouch gives our hosts context; it does not replace approval. Conditional clearance lets you continue with booking; otherwise, wait for the hosts' decision. You must still be 21+, meet the event's rules, and complete its entry checks. Confirm the guest-pass arrangements with the team before you go.
