  1. Check your emailAfter you reserve or pay, we send a secure magic link to the email you used at checkout — usually within a few minutes.
  2. Tap the linkThe magic link opens your private ticket holder page. No password needed — the link itself is your key, so keep it to yourself.
  3. Save your check-in codeYour check-in code, QR, and Apple/Google Wallet pass are all on that page. Screenshot it or add the wallet pass so the door is quick.
